This begins a series of blog spots about my cooking in the kitchen on a Sunday morning. This will share my experiences, my expertise, my glory and my defeats in preparing meals and extras for the work week or just in fun.
I will provide recipes; technical applications that I have learned and self taught and yes the disasters for I believe that cooking is only perfect on TV:) and I and everyone do experience those situations that are not. I do believe though that most disasters can be utilized and turned into something unexpected.
